Rescata Profepa a jaguar en Pacula en estado de salud crítico
IXMIQUILPAN, Hgo., 4 de abril de 2016.- Vecinos de La Lagunita, municipio de Ixmiquilpan, mostraron su indignación luego de perder el predio que comprende el centro de la comunidad.
El delegado de la localidad, Aurelio Paulín Fuentes, explicó que han ocupado ese terreno desde 1974, en el cual se construyó la plazuela, el kiosco y un circuito de terracería; sin embargo, hace 14 años una persona de nombre Antonio Lucas reclamó la propiedad.
Ante esto, el juez familiar y civil, Eduardo Castillo del Ángel, emitió un fallo que favorece a Lázaro Barrera, persona a quien no conocen en la comunidad, debido a que no pertenece a ella.
La molestia sobrevino después de que se supo que de ser entregado dicho predio particular, este hecho afectaría los accesos a la iglesia, la delegación, escuelas, y de algunos vecinos, quienes se quedarían sin entrada a sus respectivas casas; esto, si el propietario desea bardear el terreno.
Así mismo, la comunidad asegura que el juez sólo favoreció a una familia y no tomó en consideración lo que la entrega del terreno perjudicaría a La Lagunita.
Los inconformes exigieron la destitución inmediata del juez de lo familiar, por lo que le pidieron la pronta intervención de las autoridades correspondientes, a fin de darle solución a este caso.
